A North Indian can never feel at home in South india....

I am a north indian stuck in south india for last 10 years... I have been inching my way upwards from remotest parts of south to north... from a place near chennai to bangalore and now in hyderabad... blame it to my choice of industry (Information Technology) and I am stuck ... most of the cities who have vibrant companies in this industry are in south...

Now let me explain what makes north and south. India has almost 30 provinces/states.The four in the south (Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka) are considered south and rest as north.

Here are the typical problems a north indian faces in south ...

• Away from home he is unable to look into his home affairs.
• He misses his people, language and food.
• If he is not married he badly misses his life.

These people in south are quite different... I was able to relate better to a european or to middle-east than to these people... I believe my quota of staying in south is going to end soon...A2meen!
